“Amazing facilities. Ideal location for visiting the island or daily living. Facilities are part of the Wyndham hotel so everyone can enjoy the gym, sauna, pool with swim up bar, restaurant, etc. Staff and reception folks are super nice. I stayed here for a week and fell in love with the place. I highly recommend.”

“Honestly, this place is a bit of a shambles right now. It’s giving 'unfinished hotel' rather than a cozy condo. The units are tiny and way too cramped—even for one person, the kitchen and bathroom are basically a joke. Plus, the sink faucet is weirdly long? It literally blocks the whole basin, making it a pain just to wash your face. Also, a major heads-up: the water smells like a straight-up swimming pool. The chlorine is insane. If you’re moving in, you 100% need a filtered shower head or a proper water purifier, otherwise your hair and skin are going to be absolutely trashed. If you're in Building 6 or 7, good luck. You’re basically living on a construction site. Constant noise, workers singing at the top of their lungs, and dust everywhere. The walls/ceilings are paper-thin too; if you're on the first floor, you’ll hear every single footstep from upstairs. Pros: It's new, has a washer/stove, and the ground floor garden is chill... until the smell of cigarettes and weed hits you. The management needs to make up its mind. It functions okay for short-term hotel guests, but for anyone actually living here? It’s a mess. The hybrid 'hotel-meets-condo' setup just doesn't work for residents.”
“I would like to raise several concerns regarding the current condition and management of the condominium facilities. The public staircase appears incomplete, with paint stains visible throughout, and the windows in the stairway have not been properly cleaned. At the pool area, there are insufficient sun loungers, and music from the pool bar is played at an excessively loud volume in the mornings. Overall, many aspects of the property give the impression of being rushed or unfinished, including landscaping, where a number of plants and trees appear unhealthy or poorly maintained. It also seems that the condominium units were delivered overdue and in a rushed condition. The gym facilities require attention: the treadmill machines are not adequate for running, the sauna is very small and unclean, and there are no lockers available. In addition, the gym equipment does not appear to be cleaned regularly. Finally, the metal gates near the pool are already showing signs of rust, which raises concerns about maintenance and durability. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the overall standard of the property.”
“As a half-islander who comes for vacation every year, this condo is really great. It is very close to both living and shopping, as well as restaurants and bars. More importantly, there is a huge swimming pool. Their follow-up The service is also very good. I can trust Wing Samui to take care of my house and make money for me.”
“Another property type for investors or people moving to Koh Samui, besides villas, is EIA-approved condominiums. These condominiums offer foreign freehold ownership, allowing the property to be registered directly in your name regardless of your nationality or visa type. This provides a solution for clients who prefer not to own property through a Thai company.”
Wing Samui Condo has an average rating of 4.1 out of 5 stars based on customer reviews.
